USThe view was wonderful from upstairs living room and primary bedroom- could see the water and partial sunrise. Quick, easy walk to the beach and quick walk, bike or golf cart ride to Seaside. The wristbands were great - the kids loved Camp Watercolor, even though it was 50 degrees out haha (warmed pools) There was a playground and a soccer field. It was nice to have the washer and dryer. It's a nice quiet area. The home was clean, comfortable, and updated and it was easy to check in! Whenever we needed paper towels, garbage bags or anything, it was dropped by our door, even a brand new crock pot! They even signed me out of my tv apps after we'd left and had forgotten! Above and beyond!
Helpful to note that of the two parking spaces (one in garage), the golf cart is in one of them, so the second car needs to be parked elsewhere (they had a nearby spot available not too far) Not a big deal!
