Lovely 5BR5BA Home with Private Pool CG1646

I was very happy with the house everything was great

Location, amenities, roomie

Paying for the pool heater for the day of arrival and leaving because we didn’t have a chance to use it those days More of a welcome basket with necessities to get through until shopping the next day

I like the spaciousness of the house. It accommodated everyone in my party. Also the house next door was family of ours as well as the house 3 doors down. And walking distance of another family member.

Some of the socket plugs weren’t screwed on and there were toddlers in the house who kept bothering with them. Also one of the back door blinds was off when we got there. The upstairs master bedroom bathroom door handle kept falling off. I would also add more variety of pots and pans.

Loved 5 bathrooms for getting ready for the day. Thought the response time was great for any issues. The staff is friendly and efficient. Staff was available for any questions or issues. It was a short drive to the parks and we had 12 ppl and the house never felt crowded. All the expectations were laid out for you so you knew how trash pickup worked as well as other features in the home. Communication was wonderful. We did get a prompt refund for cost of pool heat for the heat not working.

pool heater was broken. We chose this house for the hot tub instead of cheaper ones that didn't have a hot tub so it being broke was a real issue for us. We had to buy a can opener , oven mits would be helpful. The smoke alarm needed batteries so we had a night of chirping while waiting for the maintenance person to come through next day, the air hockey table didn't have any pucks to play real downer for the kids. Pool light was hanging out of the pool when we arrived think maintenance forgot to put it back and it didn't work.

Check-in was easy, and the house was clean and easy to keep communication with the host.
