Добра закуска на шведска маса, винаги на време. Има плодове, салати, кафе, сок, зърнени закуски.

Muzyka od 5.30 do 24.00.Tym bardziej ,jak głośnik był przy oknie.

The hotel is located in a quiet village few minutes from Struga. The rooms are quite large with ample space and comfortable. We had a lake view room which was perfect especially in the morning where you feel the tranquility of the area.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not as expected, it did not have alot of choice and was very basic maybe the hotel had only few guests. Moreover the machine for juices did not work properly, as when you press any juice, half of the glass is filled with water and then the juice will appear. When we told the server that the orange juice was finished, he told us that they do not have anymore. I think that a hotel should be well stocked even if it has low occupancy.

O recepcionista era simpático e prestável. O hotel tem boas instalações em geral, vista bastante boa para o lago o restaurante também era bom.

Hotel para grupos e festas. Quando há estes eventos descuidam o cliente, exemplo: musica extremamente alta que se ouve do 4⁰ andar; lobby inteiramente reservado para os eventos. Horário de pequeno almoço era das 8 às 10 e as 9h quando chegamos, 90% das mesas estavam por limpar, com pratos, comida e desarrumado. Faltava reposição de comida, talheres e ninguém para ajudar. Por isso, não considero que este hotel tenha 4 estrelas, e seja considerado um spa mediante o nível do ruído e atendimento. O quarto não estava devidamente limpo. Sinto que há um certo descuido com as instalações.
