Lengvas bendravimas su savininku, aiškios instrukcijos. Labai patogi buto vieta, arti aktualių lankomų objektų. Bendrai tvarkingas butas, švari patalynė.

Prikabinta kvapukų, patalynė taip pat smarkaus minkštiklio kvapo - asmeniškai buvo per daug. Gal kiek mažokas butas dviems asmenims, bet tik pernakvojimui puikiai tinka. Su butu nesusiję, tačiau bendros laiptinės kvapas taip pat nesužavėjo.
