The host is responsive and helpful. The unit is so comfortable, suitable for both short and long stay with family.

For a first timer, I experienced difficulty in the navigation to the residential parking.

Its clean.. and comfortable.. the person in charge also very helpful.. and fast response!

The steps during checked in was a bit tideous.. But! I enjoyed the process.. feel like playing Explorace game! Lolssss

The apartment was fully equipped with all the daily necessities, including a pack of rolled tissues and just the perfect amount of plates and bowls. Everything was incredibly comfortable, we genuinely liked everything about it and have no complaints! Also would like to share a funny little story: without anyone watching over my youngest daughter, she drew (or would I say scratched... she used press on nails) on the wall of the apartment. Forgot about it and left the apartment without taking the drawings off, got a text from the people of mono suite and long story short we went off without any charges! (Even though it took them several attempts to get rid of it haha) So definitely very understanding people and they provide great customer service. Thank you again!

The location wasn't bad, it was fairly easy to find but I feel like it was a bit hard for us Muslims to find places to eat...? Not necessarily a complaint, but we definitely had to drive to find actual Muslim friendly restaurants. Would love it more if there were Muslim friendly restaurants within walking distance.
