No there when we arrived to find our room and enter it. We advised arrival time and messaged to ask if someone would meet us? No reply re meeting us We were very fortunate 2 local men tracked down someone after 15 minutes to get us entry I believe Booking . Com needs to look into this poorly run property as they are the ones advertising it We have stayed all over the World and haven't had one as bad as this
