"This is a nice place to stay for location and if you aren't too picky about cleanliness"

Location is superb. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the main street and main city square. You can literally see the passage to the main street from the terrace.

Cleanliness. Mind you, the bed and the shower cabin were quite tidy, but the carpets in the rooms looked like they haven't been vacuumed or cleaned for a long time. Fridge shelves didn't look clean, sink stove and kitchen counter as well. Dust was present on the furniture. The terrace is really nice and big, it should be very cosy to sit outside, but then again the outside table and chairs weren't clean enough to actually make you want to sit on them. The washing machine looked beat up and at least I couldn't get it working. Also, I couldn't find a clothes drying rack and an electric heating coil wouldn't fit the clothes anyway even if the washing machine worked.
