Nice, clean, peaceful accommodation with everything you need. You can stay here easily for a longer time, week or so. There was snacks, drinks, shampoos ready waiting for you. The host was very friendly. Everything was good! There is also little food market around the corner. Train station is not too far away.

Compared to other similar options within this price range, it's an amazing place. You have your own bathroom, two (small) bedrooms, a small semi-balcony area in the back with a view on the mountain and tower and a rarely used sports field. The hosts were very communicative, supportive and generally sweet people. They provide a lot of snacks and water included in the price. There is a local bus very nearby, and the area is both quiet and also close to a lot of hip food places. The place is actually bigger and nicer than the photos make it look.

The minor downsides are immediately forgotten by the host their hospitality. There is a kitchen, but it lacks real looking utensils to make dinner. This could be expended. The beds are okay, but not very wide.

Very lovely and friendly host.The house is clean and quiet.You can see the view of Seoul Tower from the window.

Very good transport links. There's a bus (Yongsan 02) 1 min walk from the property that takes you to nearby towns/cities/subways. Place is kept very clean and they have all the essentials. (Washing machine, washing liquid, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer etc.) Complimentary food - a variety of snacks and instant food provided in the cupboard. Provided drinking water. Owners just live in the building upstairs. Quick to respond to messages and tried their best to accommodate us.

No AC. But there is 2 oscillating fan in each bedroom and one air cooling machine in the communal area. Turn on all 3 fans to cool down place. Ventilation is not as good since it's in a basement area but as long as you keep the windows open during the day for air flow it's not a big issue. Toilet felt a little cramped because of the washing machine.
