"Ok hotel in Massa with nice views from some rooms, but nothing memorable."

Location & view from the balcony. Ease of check-in (very late). Plenty of parking.

State of maintenance (mould in the shower, room design from 1980s), breakfast choices, pool hours.

Ampio parcheggio a pochi passi. Sistema di distribuzione dell'aria climatizzata perfetto, da hotel di alta classe. Centro città distante pochi minuti a piedi. Colazione ok.

Spalliera del letto veramente scomoda, impossibile appoggiarsi. Ci è stata data una camera con bagno per disabili, senza bidè. Camera senza frigobar.
