"Not convinced it was anice Hotel because of where I was put and not warned"

Positioning

No breakfast but was told if i booked direct they would have given me breakfast .But couldnt get answer and had to book online so didnt .Was put in an out house room with a badly worn and tired bathroom with a horriblr floor .

"Would happily stay in the house again!"

I stayed in the overspill house and it was lovely and quiet, very clean and excellent space for a dingle room. Bed a bit creaky but other than that great room.

Bed could have been more stable. No snacks in mini bar.
