Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο,άνετο και καθαρό!
Υπήρχαν τεράστιες ελλείψεις στους εξωτερικούς χώρους.Τα επιπλα ηταν παλια και ξεθωριασμενα.Ειχε παντού ήλιο και δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα μπάρμπεκιου όπως είχε αναφερθεί στις παροχές.
