Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Modena. Frühstück gibt es in der Unterkunft nicht, aber in der näheren Umgebung sind einige Bäckereien. Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe, das Bad mit Dusche war groß und sauber. Man kann seine Wasserflaschen umsonst auffüllen. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren zum Frühstück im Mon Cafè - tolle Auswahl und sehr lecker.

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer, hübsch renoviert; es gibt Ermäßigungen in einem Parkhaus und einer Frühstücksbar in der Nähe

Die Lage wirkt abends etwas zwielichtig, es war aber natürlich nichts

We stayed here for two nights during a trip to Modena and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was clearly explained in advance, and all the information we needed was communicated well. The property was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We especially appreciated the free cold water dispenser and the reusable thermos bottles available for guests — a small but very nice touch. Our room was on the ground floor, yet it remained surprisingly quiet throughout our stay. The location is excellent: within walking distance of both the train station and Modena’s beautiful old town, making it very convenient for exploring the city. A special thank you to Delphine at reception, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive whenever we had questions. The high ceilings made the room feel spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided, which we appreciated. We also liked that the hotel asked whether we wanted housekeeping service during our short stay. Giving guests the choice helps avoid unnecessary cleaning and is a great environmentally conscious initiative. Overall, a comfortable, well-managed stay with thoughtful details and excellent service. We would happily stay here again.
