Appartamento pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario, accogliente e in ottima posizione per muoversi comodamente a piedi in centro città. Proprietario molto disponibile e ci ha dato anche alcune indicazioni per come muoverci in città e per i parcheggi. Consiglio assolutamente.

Gabriele è un ragazzo gentilissimo e premuroso. Un ottimo "sostituto navigatore" per trovare la struttura che si trova in pieno centro in una zona molto silenziosa.
Nulla ... è però utile ricordare che la struttura è in centro storico per cui bisogna trovare un parcheggio e avviarsi a piedi con i propri bagagli. Noi siamo stati fortunati: ne abbiamo trovato uno gratuito a 5 minuti.

Il monolocale è in pieno centro storico ma comunque molto silenzioso, è dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e la cucina è perfettamente attrezzata

"Great place in L'Aquila"

The studio of Gabriele is in a historical building and it's coming with the specific charm. It's a really spacious place, if you stay longer you can cook, for example. Clean, new and modern furniture.
For us it was a little bit chilly, since the local administration has a rule to not use the heating after 15 April or so. We had a second blanked that we have used and it was ok for the sleeping time, but it was not warm enough for me to take a shower (19 degree Celsius inside, around 7 outside). However, for the summer time or when the heating is permitted, I believe that it's much better from this point of view. Regarding the parking, you have to be lucky, since in the weekend it's difficult to find a parking spot. We left the car around 10 minutes walk from the apartment, in a free public parking near the castle.
