The host was gracious despite my late evening arrival and the morning coffee in the breakfast area was excellent! The room was quite spacious, the bed comfortable, and everything clean as a whistle.

Sehr nettes, großes Zimmer. Toll war die Möglichkeit, hinten im Garten beim Pool zu sitzen. Das Frühstück war super, inklusive Ei, Joghurt, sogar Obst. Sehr netter Empfang, mit Tipps zu Restaurants. Lage in Orleans gut, konnten zu Fuß zum Essen gehen - natürlich ist es nicht am Meer, aber das ist ja vorher klar. Es gibt in der Nähe schöne Wanderrouten.

Was very clean, staff was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast is typical for motels: yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread, oatmeal in packets, coffee, milk etc. There is a capsule coffee machine in the rooms. Cleaning is excellent. The bed is comfortable; the linens are excellent. It's quiet at night. Road noise doesn't disturb sleep. The location is excellent. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. 5-10 minutes' drive to several beautiful beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis.

The windows and the radiator in the bathroom are very old and need replacing. This would improve the impression of the hotel. It would also be nice to write the room numbers on the parking spaces. There is no microwave in the room, but you can use the microwave in the office until 9.30 pm. It would be nice to have armchairs or a sofa in the room.

The breakfast is really good for a motel (hardboiled eggs, Chobani, pancakes, baked goods). They're clearly trying to improve the rooms (nice furnishings, bathrooms). Staff was great.

The bones of the hotel are old. So even though they've done a good job with things like furnishings, the ceilings are low, the rooms are carpeted (ours smelled a bit damp), so there's only so much they can compensate. Also they should get blackout curtains.
