Location is EXCELLENT. Can´t get any better! The apartment was clean and bright... and some complimentary water (can't drink tap.. fyi.) and also some fruit. There were a total of 5 of us. A family member added last minute and my on was fine sleeping on the sofa. Thank you to the owner for allowing this for a small fee. Overall the apartment met our needs, great location with a couple mini markets downstairs and around the corner, restaurants, we used Uber Eats too, bars and the beach... and one of Manrique´s foundation sights... beautiful. Oh.. we were lucky on our first 2 nights to get parking up front, other days we parked in parking garage down the block.

Although the apt was for a maximum of 4 people, ONE bathroom was impossible to share (even for a maximum of 4 people). It´s not the property owner´s fault, just something to keep in mind when booking. The bathroom is a bit dark, shower stall was super small (hard to move around inside shower)... and when we asked for more toilet paper, the housekeeper gave us only 2 rolls. We had only a total of 4 rolls for 5 people for 4 days... so we bought our own.

The apparentment is modern, comfy and a good size. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes and the host is very nice & quick to respond to messages

Amazing service, even when we requested extra assistance. Host is easily reachable and amenable. Very happy with our stay.

The only issue was that the kettle wasn't working, but the rest of the kitchen amenities were more than up to standard.

Apartamento cómodo y bien equipado, cocina comedor y salón al ser concepto abierto, es un espacio muy amplio. Muy cerca de la playa el reducto. Ubicado en una zona tranquila. Hay supermercados cerca.

Es complicado estacionar, las cortinas del salón dejan pasar demasiado el sol, estaría mejor unas más tupidas. El baño es muy pequeño y la ducha incómoda por ser enana. Faltan productos de limpieza, que no había, un solo rollo de papel...
