Great location and loved the unique and rustic room!

Free parking was difficult to find given that this property is in the city centre, but our host provided some street options within half of a mile. We rolled our luggage as we walked to and from the car. Just something to be aware of

Perfect place in center of Cagliari

This place is a jewel. It is small so best for two people although there is a sofa bed on the living floor . What we really appreciated was so many details had been thought of . The kitchen was well prepared, closet was provided, washer , iron etc

A little bit of humid smelling(guess it's the weather) humid not easy to find a parking spot.

Remote check-in was quick and efficient. Affordable, close-by parking with elevator up to bastion and outside of ZTL. The apartment is located right within historic center within walking distance of sites and restaurants. Unique, well-maintained loft apartment was small but had everything we needed. Wardrobe for hanging clothes as well as washer/dryer unit and an additional drying rack were a life saver on a long vacation. Comfortable bed and great air conditioning supported a very restful night sleep. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging. Shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control with amenities provided. Strong and reliable WIFI easily handled uploading of pictures and video chat. Communication was both proactive and responsive.

This is a relatively small apartment with little room to lay out luggage and not trip all over it, especially if you also use the drying rack after laundry. It also has a lived-in feel with stuff in every nook and cranny. Better situated for a short stay.
