The unit is spacious. The owner and staff are very accommodating and prompt in addressing concerns. Rooms and beds are very comfortable.

The rice cooker was not working. But the owner was very prompt in replacing it.

Bed is comfy, bed sheets and towels are fresh. Restroom is clean, water supply is abundant. Water heater is working well. Kitchen has utensils, very helpful to us. Drinking water is provided. The guards in main entrance checked us which is good for everyone's safety. TV , netflix and internet is superb. Most especially, the host replied promptly and provided a local staff to assist in our needs in just few minutes. Thank you for being so easy to communicate with you. The AC in each room made our stay so comfy after roaming around Davao.

The location was good. Water dispenser was ideal. Unit was near the main gate. Nearby laundry shops aplenty. Aircons worked well. The owner communicated right away regarding queries.

The bedrooms smelled musty, curtains were dusty, the unit was actually cramped, old peeling bedroom furnishings, could've found a bigger place with the price. Treated it as an adventure.
