L'appartement est idéalement situé face à la mer au-dessus d'une galerie d'art très sympathique à aller voir. Il n'y a pas ou peu de voisinage direct autour du bâtiment ce qui rend le lieu très agréable. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et confortable. De plus, le propriétaire a été très adaptable, à l'écoute et accueillant. Le lieu est idéal pour un weekend à deux ou seul.e.

Il peut y avoir des fêtes sur la plage ce qui peut être dérangeant pour certaines personnes.
