location: Just a few blocks from the station/bus stops plus there are tons of restaurants, 3 "7 eleven" convenience store, Daiso, olive young, bakeries, etc, and the adress is on spot, very easy to find; check in/out info: easy and simple instructions to check in/out and luckily; silence: every one was very quiet and respectful; bathroom/kitchen/laundry: it was offered bathroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and hair gel and you could use the laundry machine/kitchen; safety: cameras and all lights turned on at the halls, lockers for each capsule. at night, one employee was cleaning the common areas and another one was wearing a "security" uniform and slept right next to my capsule, so as a solo traveler, I felt safer

no matress at all, only a flat thing that you could layer the bedding, which btw stank SO MUCH, not even sure if they were clean, and the pillow was very hard, not really sure what kind of material was made of. there was a tablet inside my capsule, but it didn't turned on. I also never learned how to eletronic lock the capsule, because the door didn't fully clicked, so I just manually locked it. Women's bathroom could've get some extra cleaning + the towels felt like those disposable blue kitchen towels. "manga section" had only a few options, old and unknown (btw all in KR, have that in mind).

The location is very close to the train station and is near many restaurants, karaoke, and food on the street, especially Seven eleven is the only place nearly where you can pay by tap with your phone.

There is an smell not good around the hostel.

Capsules are nice

What I liked was the netflix room, cooking room and the facilities present were decent. It’s also very cheap

The most glaring issue with capsule 24 is the beds. They are the worst I’ve ever slept on, and to be honest, sleeping on the floor would’ve been better. For some reason, the capsules have these heated mats, which is neat, but completely pointless due to the fact that there are no mattresses so it’s terribly uncomfortable to sleep on. The lack of a proper mattress caused me such bad neck pain that I had my arm looked in a uncomfortable position for three days. And I’m only 21 years old. Point is, genuinely add proper soft mattresses to the capsule rooms, because honestly if they had them i would rate this place a solid 8/10 maybe a 9/10. But because it doesn’t, i can’t give this place a good rating, sorry

Nice to have a space of your own, for a couple of days. Incheon city is ok to for a day or two… Important is to know that the capsule are close to each others and not sound prof so you hear quite much…ear plugs is great to have .. And inside you have a electric madras’s that was so nice for my back ☃️

Someone is always moving around even the caretaker, at any given time… And there is a lot of stuff all over the premises ….I think it should be less Makes the place more attractive. Less is more…..and that’s it.

The Hotel room was in the basement. No staff was present at our arrival and the door to the dorm room was open. Without a lock. Basically anyone is able to enter the dorm anytime without a problem, which is a huge Safety issue in my opinion. There is no reception, no staff and the sign, which we translated via app said, that the person working there is on nightshift somewhere else and will watch the security tape later to see how everything went. It was not clear which capsule was taken and which not, some capsule beds seem to be used to live in. As there was no reception or someone present to help us, we did not know, which bed to use and there was no way to lock the capsule beds, most of the lockers for the bags were broken. Overall it was very dark, unwelcoming and creepy inside the room, we felt really unsave there. The sign: please lock the door behind you only on the womans shower (not the mens) gave us the rest. We booked another Hotel in Incheon and left. I would highly recommend getting another hotel since this one was not welcoming at all.

Good wifi and A/C

Bathroom/shower extreme dirty and smells so disgusting that I didn't want to use it. And I've travelled to over 20 countries... No mattress or pillow in the capsules... only weird half-rubber like substitutes
