SGClean rooms and complete kitchen essentials. Rooms are big and our son loves the PS4!
The central heating system sets at 20°C (for heat) by default. We stayed for 4 nights and raised the concern on our first night, owner said their team will come to check but did not come for the rest of our stay. For folks who scared of cold, please check with owner before coming, because 20°C in Autumn and Winter - especially in Queenstown, may still be too cold for you. Pillows are too thin and soft. Other than that all were fine.

AUHouse is in a lovely neighbourhood, seems like a newish estate and it's quite close to some local supermarkets and only 15 minutes or so to town. Very comfortable house, lots of hooks everywhere which is a very thoughtful detail. Kitchen is well equipped, felt like we had everything we needed for our stay.
Dryer was a little squeaky but that is an easy fix. A washing basket would be helpful as the laundry closet doors don't allow you to transfer clothing from washer to dryer without moving doors around.
