Please note that for the use of the fireplace there is an extra cost of 18 euro extra per day. During colder periods, an indoor temperature of 20.5°C will be guaranteed, in accordance with Italian regulations for non-hotel accommodations. Any requests for increased comfort with indoor temperatures exceeding the established limit, as well as the use of the fireplace, will be subject to an additional charge to be paid prior to check-out. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
