GBThe apartment is tastefully decorated and has a full range of kitchen appliances with a wide range of kitchen utensils. The bathrooms and bedrooms are well appointed and modern, the beds are very comfortable with very good quality mattresses. The wrap around balcony terrace gives an incredible view of Calpe rock and the beach directly in front of the apartment. The furniture on the terrace is ideal to relax with a drink in the morning to watch the sunrise. The apartment is in a great position, literally 2 minutes from Levante beach and a 15 minute stroll on the front (Arenal Beach) into the centre of Calpe.
The apartment itself is excellent and our group of four found nothing to dislike. The only negative was the underground parking. The space allocated to the apartment is in a poor position and it is only possible to park a very small car in the space. However it is possible to park close to the apartment so wasn’t an issue.

We are grateful for previous visitors’ comments regarding the parking space assigned to the letting. Had we taken our larger, family car, I am sure we would not have been able to use the space. It was just manageable for a Kia Stonic and we are very used to parking in these types of spaces.
AEIt has a front row seat view to Calpe’s famous mountain, no obstruction at all. Plus proper beach views. The place is modern & fully equipped. The style of the house is modern boho rustic chic & the owners made sure to make it homey as well. The location is unbeatable. I’ll absolutely stay there again if we’re back in Calpe!
Parking spot for the apartment was tiny & our car couldn’t fit. But there’s a free parking a few walk away.
AUThe only thing that was frustrating was we were asked to send our passport details which we did, but the lady could not access them (for some strange reason) and we kept sending them again and again and again. I think in total we sent them 5 or 6 times, despite us seeing them showing delivered on our phones. The last time we were asked we had left and just ignored it. Was annoying and not sure what the actual problem was, I suspect her own phone maybe.

GBHighly recommend. Accommodation was perfect, very clean, bright & relaxing with spectacular panoramic views. David was welcoming and very helpful, we arrived early and he was very accommodating in letting us in earlier to the property. Great location with sufficient bars & restaurants around. Straight onto the lovely Cala El Raco Beach. An easy walk (15 to 20 mins along the promenade) into the main centre of Calpe, where we enjoyed great food at locations recommended by the manager of the property. Highly recommend Plant Shack (great poke bowls & lovely coffee) and La Gastrobottega (fantastic gluten free pizza and second visit the gluten free pasta lovely). Staff at both locations very polite and helpful. Arriving, we took tram from Alicante to Calpe (1.5hrs-2hrs), easy and although pretty busy Alicante to Benidorm (easy change of trams at Benidorm) it was nice scenery along the way. On arrival at Calpe easy public bus down to centre and straight to the apartment …. Very helpful bus driver. Calpe Rock worth at least walking up to visitor centre…we didn’t make it to the summit, didn’t have appropriate walking footwear. Return journey - easy 1 hour taxi back to Alicante Airport.
Nothing was a real issue. Only thing (but possibly more due to wife recovering from a broken collarbone) perhaps more comfortable seating on balcony.
GBgreat welcome/check-in, amazing views both sides of Calpe from the wrap around balcony, high quality fixture & fittings, beds really comfy, close to restaurants/bars/beach, lobby area attended every day, high end crockery/glassware/utensils, good WiFi & smart tvs, we loved it & would highly recommend.
Nothing to dislike! maybe some extra bed pillows…
