The hallway and outside of the door smells like very strong cat pee and strange. It can waft into the apartment sometimes. There is also mould inside and we got some throats and chest symptoms due to that. The last day late evening we had to evacuate the place suddenly because of a leaking chemical coming through the ceiling down into the bathroom in a big quantity and smelling very strong like cat pee and feeling very toxic.

L’appartamento è comodo e completo di tutto!!! Posizione ottima perché vicinissima alla fermata della metro Alvalade che ti porta direttamente in centro. Zona residenziale tranquilla. Il Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Lots of room. Good location. Apartment got nice and warm with the heating on.

Well - equipped apartment. Very nice location and easy going communication with the owner. We had a problem with the water pipe in the kitchen and couldn’t use it for some days, but afterwards the owner work on a solution. Everything else in line with what one reads in the other reviews.

Even though it’s not in control from the owner, the smell in the common entrance from the building is very strong and not very pleasant.

Very clean, nice suburban neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Lovely bed linen, towels and pillows.

The sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping as advertised so my adult daughters had to share the double bed.

Très bon emplacement proche du métro mais dans un quartier calme. Cuisine bien équipée. Appartement parfait pour 3 personnes et pour une petite semaine
