Good location. Good that it had a parking space.

Value for money wise - very poor. The house clearly hasn’t been decorated for some time and the facilities are basic at best. We were charged £40 for a dog for 2 nights yet clearly there had been a dog in previously as the master bedroom smelt like it. The beds weren’t comfortable neither the pillows in any room. The rear garden feels like a prison. I feel this is another example of a Devon/Cornish cottage where the owning company wants to fleece tourists visiting. I checked the cost for Summer holidays and you’d be better going abroad for the what you get with this house. Either be realistic with what you are offering or lower the price.

The location was perfect. We have been coming to mortehoe for many years now and was great to have a base there.

We really liked the downstairs open plan layout. Could have done with more seating as you couldn’t comfortably seat 6 on the sofas. The place was slightly dated but did the job. Could do with a little freshen up.
