La struttura è ben tenuta e probabilmente ammodernata di recente, tutto funziona bene ed ha un aspetto curato. Gli host sono gentili e simpatici, hanno accolto benissimo anche il mio cane Pistacchio e ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza qualcosa per fare colazione come latte, caffè, succo di frutta, fette biscottate, spalmabili vari... Insomma un po' di tutto. Wi-fi perfettamente funzionante, smart TV, arredi moderni, integri e funzionali. Nei pressi della piscina c'è un prato bellissimo e un po' dappertutto aiuole fiorite. La posizione è comodissima perché in pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono negozi e attività di ristorazione mentre Fermo dista una decina di minuti.
