Matlock Studio 2 – Coventry

Very clean

The property was very clean and had lots of amenities. There was toilet roll and kitchen roll and sugar etc

There were people smoking, which came through the vents, and this affected us, as we are not smokers and the smell was so strong in our bedroom and in the bathroom

The room was clean and tidy and the fresh towels and shower gels were a lovely touch. Any queries we had were answered promptly via WhatsApp.

We were in a ground floor apartment and it was very noisy one night in the room above us, so much so that it woke us up. There is also some stagnant water to the right of the property which smells very badly and meant that we couldn’t have the windows open, which wasn’t great in the middle of summer.

I like price for what u get . Good size TV. Was coffe and suger in flat .

The glat was spacious and bright

Kitchen laundry

The location is great. Was closer to where I needed to be.

The walls are very thin. Could hear the people on the upstairs flat walking and talking and via versa. The cooking pots were looking tired and cultilary was dirty. I went to Morison and bought my own pot and spoons to eat as I was travelling with my 3 year old son I could not bring myself to use the pots provided. I blame the people that come to use them they are not looking after these peoples things correctly. Otherwise besides that everything was good great value for money and great location.

It was Cousy and beautiful decoration.

The pans should be upgraded as they were definitely not appropriate for cooking. They just burn anything placed on it.
