Had some problems with the key lock box, luckily friend was with me before checking into her own place so she managed to get it open. Apartment was lovely close to train station and only 20 min walk to historic centre, also had a small balcony with seating which was an added bonus. All amenities provided even an iron and ironing board. Elena a very helpful host and quick to answer any queries.

May have to update the key lock box as it was very hard to open, couldn't open to replace keys when leaving but again Elena was on hand to let me know I could leave the keys in the apartment.

Location is convenient as it makes it easy to do trips to other cities by train.

The bathroom is tiny. The water temperature was not hot enough.

Pretty apartment in a very nice spot of Bologna. Only minuses: - the bathroom is extremely narrow (could be problematic with kids), - if your back prefers stiffer mattresses, this one is like memory foam, so not ideal. However, you can always sleep on the couch

The location is superb. It is just a few mins away from the Bologna Centrale Train Station and it is easy to find. The flat was 15 min walk away from Piazza Maggiore. Inside of the flat there were lots of things. This place can be preferred for longer stays because of it. There were noise because of the renovations happening in the street but it didn’t bother me at all. The check-in process could’ve been better because when I arrived there was a issue with the keypad but the hosts were really helpful and solved it immediately. Also, there is no elevator and the stairs were narrow if you have a big luggage you might have a hard time. Overall; it was a really nice stay, it was very clean, hosts were really helpful and the location is nice as well. If I ever come back to Bologna, I would stay here again.

Perfect location for travelers. Close to railway station. Awesome hosts. Comfort place.

Isn't worth money yiu are paying. It was cold and couldn't heat up the rooms to a comfy temp. Needs to be more clean. Cramped claustrophobic toilet.

Good location, spacious and nice decorations all around home. Overall it was very good

Kitchen vessels were not in good quality. Blinds were not solid.

I liked that the location was near the station - it was perfect!
