The day we were supposed to live for a night, I contacted with the host to learn more details about the keys etc. The lady said you shouldn't be able to book it because it should be inactive in platform. She recommended to communicate with booking for a refund. I don't know if it was her or platform's fault, but the host did not help at all and she was not answering her phone easily. I had a bad experience with booking too, too much time to ask for a refund.
