ININWe had a 9 day stay at this property. The Sun Rise view is real! The owner Mr. Kohli is a great host and the support staff including Mr. Raju were extremely supportive. They have strived to make sure our stay was perfect. The rooms are large and spacious and welcoming. The views were great! The location is along the highway route - has local shops nearby and was at midway distances to other locations we wanted to visit - Solan, Jatoli, Kasauli, etc.

The uppar surfaces of property are really clean but the floor was having some dust. You cannot walk bare feet on floor. Especially with having kid this is not good experience.

AUIf you are looking at waking up in the morning with a beautiful view from the comfort of your bed then definitely consider this property . Staff ( Raju and Nitu ji )were very polite but unfortunately the good things about the property ends there.
The property is 30 mins from Kasauli on a busy Shimla Highway. The advertisement about the amenities of the property is very deceptive and the owner Umang ji is very aware about this hence gets very defensive when you point out the missing amenities from the room as advertised. I would suggest to check every amenity that you need in a room with the owner before booking it. I was asked to deposit money in advance when its clearly advertised on booking.com to pay at the property although eventually I did pay at the property. There is nothing wrong in asking for a deposit but it should be advertised accordingly as well . My room when handed over to me had someone’s undergarment in the shower . Cleanliness is bit of an issue in India with budget properties like these so be prepared for it .
