City Centre 1 Bedroom Cozy Apt - With Balcony

Nothing. The room was cancelled less than 24hours before I was due to check in.

Nothing. The cancellation left me without accommodation with less than a days notice.

Just the job for what we needed, clean near broad street.

The key location is hard to find… would be better next to the entrance of the apartment.

The location was very central and quiet and the place was absolutely marvelous. Everything planned to detail in order to make me feel comfortable. The customer service I received from the host is most likely one of the best one I ever had when renting an apartment or a hotel room. Definitely I am extremely satisfied.

The apartment boasts a truly excellent location, making it a prime choice for any traveler. Checking in was a breeze; the entire process was remarkably easy and straightforward. We experienced absolutely no difficulties whatsoever in gaining access to the apartment. Settling down after our arrival was similarly seamless and uncomplicated. The apartment is comprehensively and thoughtfully furnished, offering a complete set of amenities. It is equipped with virtually everything that you would typically require for a comfortable and convenient stay. You'll find all the essential items and equipment are already provided within the apartment.

While the stay was generally positive, there were a couple of minor issues that could be addressed to further enhance the experience. Specifically, the bathroom and the provided linens could have been improved. The bathroom had a rather peculiar odor, a somewhat strange and distinct stench that was noticeable upon entry. However, it wasn't anything overly concerning or alarming, just a unique smell that lingered. Regarding the linens, an increase in the quantity provided would have been preferable. Having more towels and perhaps an extra blanket would have certainly added to the comfort of the stay. So, to summarize, the bathroom's unusual smell and a slight lack of linens were the only drawbacks observed.

Excellent location, in the heart of Birmingham, great parking options around. The mattress in the bedroom was comfortable too.

Bathroom was not cared for or clean- mould growing over the sealant, dirty shower tiles and grout, large stain on the wall next to the toilet, loose toilet seat. Making the stay feel unpleasant. The sofa in the living room was also not fit for sitting on, extremely hard lacking any cushion and sounded as if they could break to sit on. It is unfortunate as it has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay in terms of location. For just under £150 nightly this is not acceptable.
