USRoom was clean and had an ocean view as promised.
The described available parking was a joke. The parking, which was blocked off, is supposedly under construction but I was told it’s been closed for 8 months and nothing is in progress. The building is a mess and so is the neighborhood. It’s a ripoff at $200.

PARKING. or the lack there of. on Tuesday they did work on the water and the place had lack of water pressure/volume which was a bit of a disappointment.
