I had a confirmed booking by paying the complete amount and while I reached the facility, the hotel said they don't have rooms. Booking.com is also not taking responsibility even after repeated email complaints.

10 rooms were booked for family members. The hotel provided room to an individual with two girls, and they were making nuisance and uncomfortable noises. We complained the hotel staff finally around 1 am but they didn’t act on the request, and at around 4 am, the police was called who took the necessary action of making the couple exit the hotel. So decision is yours to choose the hotel.
