We were told to collect from the cafe downstairs, but the cafe staff had no idea the key was hidden at the cafe. It was confusing and stressful. Then we had the wrong key for the front door which was annoying. We had to contact a French number so someone local could come and fix the issue. The issue was then resolved.

Really uncomfortable beds and pillow. Old linen and towels which didn’t smell really ice so had to wash everything myself before using them. No Wi-Fi, no smart TV and the TVs in the flat did not work at all, not even local channels. Although the living room was spacious, we didn’t use it because there wasn’t much to do in it since the TV didn’t work and there were no games or Wi-Fi available. The doors to the balconies did not lock, which added an extra layer of worry when you have children and the apt is on the 5th floor. The key collection process was confusing. The bath did not have a shower curtain and the shower room curtain wasn’t effective, so both bathrooms got soaked every time we had a shower. Not nice.
