"Calm and relaxing"

Nice and spacious, great view and outside space. Quiet area, but a short walk to the harbour and restaurants

Could have done with a few kitchen basics, and the coffee machine needs an update

Nothing

Unloved , in need of up investment, tired , cold, 1970s style odd bedding, cracked crockery, shower curtain that falls off the wall when you use it. Dirty toilet brushes, rust on bath. Broken furniture that looks like it was bought from a second hand shop.

"Schönes Haus nah am Meer"

Die Lage fast direkt am Meer ist toll. Der Blick von den Balkonen und der Terrasse geht Richtung der Playa Papagayo und der anderen weissen Strände. Man kann sowohl Marina Rubicon und Playa Blanca über die schöne Uferpromenade zu Fuss erreichen. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr bemüht auftretende Probleme schnell zu lösen. Auf Wunsch bekamen wir einen Wasserkocher und der defekte Wasserboiler wurde sehr schnell ausgetauscht.

Es könnte ein paar mehr Tassen geben. Ein oder zwei mehr Töpfe wären auch schön. Aber ansonsten ist die Ausstattung gut.

Lovely sea views from the villa, very clean and had everything we needed. 2 mins walk to beach where there is great snorkeling. Local supermarket on your doorstep which is well sticked. 20mins to the Rubicon Marina where there is plenty of restaurants. Great outdoor space for dining and sunbathing.

It's not something we didn't like but we stayed in the extreme heat in August and air con would have been welcomed but didn't spoil the holiday.

"Dream villa in the sun!"

Spacious villa. Enough to sleep 8 people. Great facilities. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, private pool, smart TV.

A couple of the sun loungers were broken. But can’t complain - it was fabulous!
