Mokara Hotel & Spa

Das Hotel hat eine direkte Verbindung zum Boarwalk. Man frühstückt direkt am Bach. Ein Parkhaus für 15 Dollar/Nacht ist 5 min entfernt. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam. Es ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sehr groß. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Existen algunos aspectos técnicos como el elevador que a veces se quedaba fuera de servicio. Y el desayuno para ser un hotel con tantas estrellas debería haberlo tenido incluido en su precio

The location was perfect because it is right at the riverwalk, so we could leave the hotel every day and walk around the city for the attractions and restaurants. The staff were very polite and always ready to help us with any needs.

There were a lot of items in the bathroom for use such as bath salts, making up cleaning wipes, ... We were a little bit afraid to use it and being charged extra for it, but they were for free. I think it could be better to make it clearer to the guest what is charged and what is already included in the bill.

Everything was wonderful, but the balcony and the view was exactly what we wanted.

The room service didn't bring up our coffee until we called a couple of times. It was multiple days this happened.

Wonderful staff, comfy bed, great location. Walk outside, and you're on the River Walk. All the staff we interacted with were professional and nice people.

Parking is pricey, but that's the norm for downtown.
