The location is great, the property style and design is very nice, staff is superb and food is very good.

The only thing can be improved is just a better maintenance or upgrade for the facility. As I found the bathroom door can be a bit loose.

Gostamos do hotel, fica em uma região mais afastada, mas tem restaurantes perto e o grab chega até lá, ficamos no terreo o quarto bem grande, limpo, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, staff otimo, café da manhã não tem tanta variedade, mas para nós foi mais que o suficiente, estava tudo ótimo!

No banheiro não tem box para o chuveiro é tudo aberto (molha tudo), a internet estava ruim e no período que estivemos faltou energia por algumas horas

Le personnel était très prévenant. Ils ont tout fait pour nous rendre la vie la plus confortable possible. Le petit déjeuner très varié et excellent. Le lieu est magnifique.

This is a very beautiful property away from the bustle of the town. A very charming and quaint place tucked away in the foothills of Ninh Binh. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Special thanks to each and everyone there especially Huyen, Dat and Tom. The food is very delicious and their in-house massage center is very good. They helped us plan sightseeing in Ninh Binh and also arranged taxis. This resort is so good it felt like home because of the warmth of the staff.

This hotel is set in a beautiful and quiet corner next to the mountain. It is close to the main street yet far enough away to avoid traffic noise. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was very good and enjoyable. Cleanliness stood out throughout the property and the atmosphere remained calm at all times. The rooms are surrounded by a lovely garden that adds to the sense of privacy. After checkout, our train was not until late in the evening. The hotel kindly provided another room where we could store our luggage and rest until 22:00 at no extra cost. This was one of our favorite places during our entire trip in Vietnam. Highly recommended, particularly for this area. We did not find a more beautiful location at this price point.
