Art of living [Luxury House in Como]

I’m strongly recommending to keep FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this please and this owner. This lady was informed that we are not able to complete the form due to the regular error. She requested to send the private data in booking chat or Whats App which is strictly prohibited by the Booking. And only at the day of arrival when we were out of internet connection she notified us that she is not living in Como and no one will be able to support with check in. Afterwards she deleted the chat in Booking. Now I’m trying to solve this issue directly with Booking.

Very beautiful designed and clean apartment.The host is a very nice lady,understanding and open for all our questions.She takes her time to respond at all,which was very important to us ,because in our country hospitality is very important. Definetely we will come again👌

Art of living luxury house in Como is a great place to stay in the city. It is located in an easily accessible location, on a busy boulevard and close to a bus stop. The sights are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and bright, with nice furniture, comfortable beds, a big living room and everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The photos correspond to reality. The most wonderful impression was left by the host, who throughout our stay was ready to assist as needed, very nice and kind. Much thanks to the host! We will be happy to come back again and our place will be Art of living luxury house in Como again! See you soon! ❤️

The appartment is big and has potential, the bedrooms are OK, comfy beds, but one is very noisy from the street. Having 2 bathrooms is a plus. Location is outside city center but pretty close.

Appartment was dirty, carpets were stained, dirty and weren't vacuumed. We didn't have proper bedding for the extendable couches. After complaining we received bedding only the next day. So for the first night we had to improvise. Very annoying since we paid 1000 euros for this "Luxury" accommodation. Walls are dirty and dated there is black mold in bathrooms, the shower wasn't cleaned. The towels smelled like musty mold because they are drying them in a small room without windows. Cleaning crew left wett bed sheets in the washer (from previous stay) although we were staying for 4 days I can only imagine how those will smell. A big mess and a shame.

The apartment was fantastic and very clean. Had everything we needed. Had a few family meals at the property and had everything we needed to cook. Location was perfect. You can see the old town walls and tower from the window and there is a fantastic cafe across the street.

Definitely a busier street, so prepare yourself with some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The back bedroom isn’t too bad though!

Lovely apartment and a great location. Alessia is very friendly and always available to help. We had an amazing time.
