"A place to rest our heads while visiting with Son and Wife."

Apartment was handy to visit with my son and wife who were staying 5 minutes away. There is a sun deck which we did not use - too steep to climb the stairs, but I suppose handy if you are more able bodied and want to sit in the sun. Grocery store nearby, as well as a tearoom.

Could not get the fan in the bedroom to work without the light staying on ? Had to use Aircon which we don't like - it was hot. Patio furniture looked old - but we did not sit out there. Shower could use a holder inside for shampoos etc.

"CORTA PERO BONITA ESTANCIA EN RODA"

La ubicación del piso, al lado de las playas del Mar Menor pero también de las de Orihuela a las que se llega en 15/20 minutos. La amabilidad del dueño y del personal. La piscina comunitaria abre de 10 a 22.

El piso tiene mucho potencial, es grande y está muy bien. Con algún ajuste y un toque decorativo más moderno ganaría mucho. La azotea y la terraza podrían prepararse de una forma más acogedora también y serían un valor añadido para el alojamiento.
