Holidays2Benalmadena inside Puerto Marina

Shutters wouldn’t open , had to get in contact with the owners to get them fixed. Was also robbed while we slept. Not sure how they got in but a lot of valuables taken,cut our holidays short & got a flight home. Won’t be staying there again, pity as it was a lovely apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for both the beach and the marina.

The apartment was hard to find. We had a photo of the courtyard but there were no numbers on the doors. The WiFi did not work the whole 11 days we were there. The promised technician never arrived. The apartment backs directly onto Shenanigans kareoke bar which did not stop until 1.30 am. It is so loud it stops you sleeping so if you are not going to stay out late this is not the apartment for you. There is building work two doors down. It looks like major construction so could go on for months. The drilling starts around 9am. We did raise concerns with the host and were told they couldn’t do anything about external factors (fair enough) but this completely spoiled our stay

firstly much to close to other neighbours (other holiday makers) specially one that has a barking dog. not a very clean sofa/bed, smell of sweat. bedroom next to a music pub on till 12 midnight and much to low,not good if you have bad knees. booking agents (holiday 2 Malaga) a total nightmare, nearly had to find a hotel to stay because the agent wanted us to go to Malaga to register
