My Mate's Place Hostel Gili AIR - NOT GILI T - Adults Only

Avoid this hostel!!! I had a very unplesant stay due to the rude hostel staff mainly the receptionost B. They damaged my expensive skirt in the laundry and they tried to get away with it and told me that the stains were already there before. The receptionest named B was very rude and called me a liar when I requested a refund for the damage they caused. The worst wasnt even the damage itself but how the staff acted on it, it ruined my last day at the hostel. Otherwise the facility equipment was quite poor, rented bikes damaged, only cold watter in shower, far from the city. The beach not the best. The hostel did not have friendly vibes. In general, there are much nicer hostels on Gili Air so I eventually moved to a different one.

Emplacement super, attention on ne peut pas nager devant l’hôtel (pas assez de profondeur)

Spartiate, la chambre contient un lit , une armoire et 2 chevets. Pas de lampe de chevet, pas de chaise ou de petite table dans la chambre Le wifi n’est accessible que depuis les parties communes. Jardin pas terminé, aucun espace ombragé ni entre les bungalows ni autour de la piscine ni sur la plage.

Servizio bar buono; Responsabile reception gentile e affidabile.

il servizio pulizia e il servizio portineria. E' lasciato a dei giovani ragazzi con pochissima voglia di lavorare.

Come hostello ok

1. el wiffi no llega a las abitaciones 2. no hay agua caliente en la ducha 3. puede que no te agan la abitacion 4. la distribucion del baño es pesima la ducha esta en la mita y moja todo. 5. no es solo adultos. el alojamiento si sera pero la pistina la puede usar cualquiera que consuma en el bar, y si, niños tambien. 6. la pistina suele estar bastante llena porque no es esclusibo para los clientes del hotel. 7. la puerta de la abitacion no se cierran bien.

- localização - simpatia dos funcionários, sempre super prestaveis

- quartos sem WiFi - casa de banho com abertura e consequentemente com insetos (formigas, lagartos, aranhas...) - chuveiro com água fria (mas pelo que percebi é comum na ilha) - limpeza podia ser melhor (encontrei umas cuecas e uns chinelos na gaveta da mesa de cabeceira) - por alguma razão o quarto cheira a urina de manhã (?)

Le personnel est adorable, la chambre est de bonne taille, la piscine est très bien face à la mer. Le coucher de soleil est extraordinaire.

La musique est assez forte le soir, pas d'internet dans les chambres. La localisation est un peu loin du centre et du port.
