Very quiet location. Very comfortable and well equipped.

Long walk to town but we did know this.

Loved the filtered view of Lago di Como. Beautiful area, nice and quiet, comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning, very helpful and friendly staff.

There were 93 steps to lug our heavy suitcases down from parking on the street, then up again to the apartment. This should be announced in description in case guests are not fit for this. Also labelling of street address is not accessible to uninformed guests.

Staffs were extremely friendly and greeted us during check-in. The property is clean and has a good view. Facilities were great. Location was alright though it was quite a walk from the town centre where all the restaurants are. Air conditioning worked fine and cooled the whole property in the hot summer air. Swift replies from host prior to checking in with clear instructions

They gave us a head’s up about a power outage if we use too much electricity so the power went off when we used the washing machine in the middle of the night but there was nobody for us to contact at that time so we had to go through the night without electricity. We also told the host about finding a bug in the sofa bed but they offered to change the sheets right away and gave us a complimentary drink

Good location, nice and clean apartment. Center of Menaggio, beach and market within 10-15 minutes walk. Free parking palace.

Everything: location, staff, interior. It’s in an ancient monastery, so plenty of history

Bilocale - Lago di Como apartment was a surprise delight. Exceptionally clean apartment and very quiet at night. Everything you needed for a short or long stay. The hostess meet us and gave us a wonderful explanation of the area. Also gave us our own parking space, so we wouldn't have to park on the street. Which made a difference to not climb so many stairs.

Location was a bit hard to find. Since the apartment sits up a hill. A bit of stairs to climb to get to the apartment upon arrival. But once there, the hostess will provide you with a private parking space, which is in back of the apartment. Much appreciated to not walk so many stairs.
