Lak i brz dogovor,nova zgrada, prepep pogled sa terase.

Bila je samo jedna posteljina,toalet papir jedan, jedna krpa, nije bilo dubokih tanjira jedna mala kasikica samo,parkic ispred zgrade nije u funkciji sve sprave su polomljene.Sve su ovo stvari koje se jako brzo mogu srediti da bi ugođaj bio potpun.

We liked the apartment and the general location very much. The street is a bit steep, so maybe challenging for some guests, bur excellent workout. The apartment is nicely decorated and the building is new.

We liked everything. :)

The location of the premises is one of the positives, as it's very quiet and the view from the balcony is very good. It's safe, clean, everything is mostly new and it's nicely equipped - expect the TVs, as just one of them (the one in the bedroom) has Android app, the other doesn't - beats me why... It's airy and I can honestly recommend it for the family of three for the booking, it was very small flat for the four of us. The washing machine is a nice addition for the families, and the nearby flats weren't occupied so we didn't experience any noise. It's very near the centre, about 10 minutes walk just down the street, awesome for evening walks.

We've booked for the family of four, expecting similar comfort to the Don Balkan Gorvil 13 or 14 the same agency offers. We knew it won't be exactly the same as this one is a bit smaller - but boy was it smaller... That's one of the biggest downsides. I can recommend it for the family of three (as the dining table suggests by the number of chairs!) just not for four. Otherwise, the parking is horrendous, as the street goes downwards and two buildings are supposed to park on TWO parking places. Luckily, you can freely recommend to park on the nearby hospital parking, just not below the parking canopy to solve this issue. We were reluctant to do so, but after few days did it anyway - without any complaints from the hospital.
