The Property was good for a short stay and the best part it was on a walking distance to Varun and RK beach and almost all nearby locations were in close proximity to the Hotel.

Infrastructure related, Toilet seat was broken and some of Power switch were not working.

Horrible behavior of the person at the reception named Kiran. Staffs entered the room while we were away

Honestly I like this room, it's clean and according to the picture, the hotel is very close to the beach, the staff is friendly

But what I don't like about this place 1. When I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, within a few hours there was a family trying to open my room door, 2x trying failed and the 3rd time it finally opened and I don't know whether it was the staff who opened it or them, And the fault lies with the staff. They should have checked again before giving the key because this really makes me uncomfortable as a foreign guest. 2. The next day someone tried to open my door and I didn't know who, and I tried to shout who was there and then they left 3. The room phone was not working properly or the telephone cable was cut so I could not complain to the staff and the reason I could not go down to the reception was because my condition was like an accident and made me have to rest completely and it was difficult for me to walk 4. The attitude of the people who live here, I don't know whether they have brains or not, even every time they leave or enter a room they don't close the door softly but push it hard and it happened several times until I reprimanded them, this is a hotel and they should know their manners but they don't and this happens every morning, afternoon and evening and it really bothers me and probably bothers other people too. Honestly, this is the first time I have had the worst experience as a foreign guest staying in a hotel, but instead of making the guest comfortable, Making guests uncomfortable and this really bothers me, Please reprimand people like this, because honestly this will tarnish the hotel's reputation
