Extremely clean; everything was like new; super close to all restaurants and 4 minutes away from Winter Park Resort; bed was the best bed I’ve ever slept on; free parking, very secure place, all around 5 stars . Recommended

It was so convenient, clean and cozy. The owner just needs to add a guest info binder. Well stocked too. I’d definitely would recommend it
The condo unit itself was very nice. The property had just experienced a busted water pipe so there was a lot of flooding and damage to Sheetrock. So cleanup was necessary but a bit noisy since huge fans and dehumidifier’s had to be running 24/7. The clubhouse men’s locker room had no hot water in the showers. The locker room was very cold and floors were dirty. Hot tubs were good.
