Overall good..lovely place for staying. Recommend it for couples or coworkers. Love the balcony view and hall area. Very windy and feels refreshing after a tired day.

The water dispenser was not user friendly - we had a hard time trying to get water from it. Also noticed there were ants in the kitchen area. The kitchen area seemed rather gloomy. The extension sofa was rather hard surface.

Room look cozy

There was no toilet paper in the toilet and no tissue box as well. There's no hair dryer in the room. The toilet door handle spoilt. The bed mattress was hard.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient and suitable for a short stay. The owner was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience smoother and more pleasant.

The access card system was inconsistent and sometimes did not function properly. Although the owner confirmed that two access cards could be used, one of them occasionally could not be read. In addition, the security staff was not friendly and reacted aggressively when we entered with two cars, despite both access cards belonging to the homestay. The lobby counter staff also lacked friendliness and did not smile or provide a welcoming attitude. The parking signboards were unclear and confusing, as there were four parking lots, which caused us to park incorrectly.
