GBLocation was OK but the parking situation was very poor, you had to park across the road and through another carpak on to a rough ground area which was run by NCP car parks and this was OK for a van but the cars struggled with the debris and pot holes
The property is in a poor state of repair, the walls are flaking paint, damp in the lounge to a serious extent, the beds were a disaster, the mattresses were terrible, no comfort. This was so poor we actually vacated a day early and and drove 200 miles home at 19:00 rather than staying another night. To have damp and flaking paint in the property was not acceptable, new mattresses and a redecoration needed. The television does not even have an aerial and therefore it may be there by is unwatchable. When you have 4 men away on business, this is not acceptable standard and should not be rented out again until the damp has been resolved and the mattresses replaced.
