Op een mooie plek, tussen de rijstvelden.

Kussens van de ligstoelen en het zitje waren erg vies (schimmel). Douche soms geen warm water. Afwerking van die villa was niet top.

The interior of the villa was well organised.

The street access to the villa was in a such bad condition, only motorbikes were able to access the villa.

the road if you want to go to the villa had a hole and the iron on the ground is prominent so one of our wheels was broken because of that iron. fyi i came here when wet season

Nice host

Villa is very beautiful and exactly like shown in pictures. Everything is very easy to use and the entire house is very clean. They provided us with clean water which was extremely useful.

The water in the showers does not come out very well and it is complex to find the right temperature. Location is fine however there are constructions nearby, yet they do not make noise at night, so we did not find it problematic.

I asked if there was construction nearby and was told truthfully yes but it's not loud or close. In fact when I showed up there's construction literally on four sides of the villa all day every day and it's very loud so for now I would really keep that in mind when booking. Also I really hate that there's a bathtub and that that's promoted but it only fills with quite literally 4 inches of hot water because of the tiny water tank size. Also there's almost zero stuff in the kitchen and you certainly couldn't cook without pots and equipment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The place was clean, a fully equipped kitchen and the staff were very friendly. Although the access is limited to one car, this place has parking available. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the view of the rice fields is beautiful. We highly recommend this place in Ubud.

The noisy water pump near the first room should be addressed because it is quite disturbing at night when trying to rest.

Location was perfect and was quite at night ! Which made it perfect to sleep

Some issues with bathroom and water being either too cold or too hot no in between
