Buenas ubicación

No suelo poner ningun tipo de crítica cuando viajo,pero los próximos inquilinos deberían saber que la calle tiene bastante ruido nocturno,tanto de ocio como camiones de basura(que vacían los contenedores que están en frente del alojamiento a altas horas de la madrugada),que hay muy poco o nulo sistema de calefacción(solo un radiador) y que si vas con niños pequeños y hace frío,puedes pasar un mal rato.Suelo de madera que cruje muchísimo,no me quiero imaginar lo que pasarían los inquilinos del piso de abajo,agua caliente difícil de regular,poco menaje básico,sin microondas,escoba,fregona,etc.Escaleras algo incómodas para subir equipaje al piso superior y poco mas que añadir. Hay cosas que no se pueden mejorar por motivos lógicos,pero si pudiesen mejorar lo más básico,sería un sitio perfecto!
