Breakfast good.Excellent scrambled eggs made by Luciano.Good sized room & excellent location

The website is to say the least VERY misleading. It implied that the balcony was solely for our Junior suit. NOT SO. It was a shared balcony . It gets worse, at no point does it properly show that access to our bathroom was actually via the communal breakfast room then thro another door along a corridor. COME ON Luciano this should have been made clear. My wife had the embarrassment of going for her shower thro the already occupied breakfast room .In fact one table was IMMEDIATELY outside our bedroom door she almost stumbled into the occupants. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE . Takjng these into account the £300 /night (yes £300!!!)we paid was extortionate. I don't mind paying but I don't like being made a fool of.

The property was very central we could walk to the markets and shops. Luciano was a very good host who went above and beyond. The place with spotlessly clean and I have to mention the breakfast on the terrace because it was amazing. Staff very good and friendly. Would definitely stay again.. thank you Luciana for a lovely stay.

Home Away From Home From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying with old friends rather than in a rental. These were by far the most welcoming hosts we’ve encountered in all our travels—gracious, helpful, and full of wonderful local tips. The apartment itself was a stylish gem, thoughtfully decorated and sparkling clean. Mornings were a delight thanks to the incredible breakfast spread that greeted us each day—truly above and beyond expectations. The bathroom was spacious (a rarity!) and the sunny, expansive terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of majestic Mt. Etna. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the Sicilian sun. The location couldn’t have been better: just a 3-minute stroll to the fish restaurants near the first market and only 5 minutes to the heart of town. Perfect for exploring, yet peaceful enough to unwind. Many thanks

Great breakfast served on the roof top

This place is fantastic. Luciano is so helpful with getting you parked (if you drive there) and helping with bags. We arrived super early and they let us have some food and kept our bags and car. The rooms are immaculate and well decorated. We felt so comfortable. Breakfast is more than you could dream of eating and Nicoletta and her mom are so kind. This place goes above and beyond and it is a short walk to many landmarks and restaurants.

Luciano and his family were wonderful and very welcoming from helping me park my car, to unloading and helping with my luggage. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the fridges stocked. Breakfast was so delicious and they just could stop feeding us. The cherry on top was the thank you gift, so unexpected.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING.

This is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Catania. The host is EXCEPTIONAL. He has a beautiful spirit—kind, helpful generous with information and assisting in anything you might need, including booking me a reasonably-priced and excellent tour of Mt. Etna. The room was perfect, the view spectacular, the bed very comfortable, everything really beyond my expectations. Parking was secure and easy, if you rent a car. I travel a lot, so this is a sincere review. And the FOOD!!! The breakfast is honestly beyond one’s expectations—everything fresh and delicious. And COPIOUS! And the women who serve you are the sweetest, warmest you can imagine. I cannot heap enough praise on this hotel and its manager. Pure joy.
