Central and Cute with 3 rooms and AC

Close to bus/tram station, well connected to the inner city. It was quiet.

There was no washing machine, no iron, no coffee machine, the heating didn’t work, even after asking to fix it.

Bathroom was reasonably clean. It was easy to enter the apartment.

The heating system was not working and we had to sleep for 2 nights in a cold apartment. Even if we mentioned this to the house owner, they did not resolve the problem and ultimately stopped replying. The apartment is not well-maintained at all, sofa has many stains, even the soap dispenser was broken. I can appreciate the apartment being old etc but I simply cannot understand how such basic things can be overlooked, especially for this price. They know about the tourist attraction during new year's eve and simply do not care about the quality. For this price, that was my worst Booking.com experience so far.

The place is not equipped at all. So, if you hope to cook, forget it. The place is very dark as it is located on the ground floor.

The communication with the owner until the robbery

We paid a cleaning fee of approximately 62 euro, and they cleaned out half of our belongings. The owner ensured us that we can leave our stuff ahead of our check in and that it will be safe and yet when we returned to the appartment half of our thing were missing including: three jackets, 4 T-shirts, one pair of running shoes,all of our cosmetics and 7 packs of cigarettes. The owner terminated his communication with us and just directed us to one of his assistants who later redirected us to another assistant. When they reached the appartment they did nothing. At this point the communication ended.

The apartment was useful. Bed and pillow comfortable. Bathroom, towels and sheets, very clean. Appreciate it. I doubted a bit at the beginning but is the best choice I made. It is 30 minutes walking from the city center. If you are used to walk or you like to do it to be involved with the atmosphere. That's your place, otherwise; there is transportation near by. Of you choose to walk, don't worry, the neighborhood is alive and there is a lot of pastries and kebabs on the way. The building might look old in the ouside, but after walking a lot in my tours I think is the Hungarian style. Even though, for me it felt kind of nostalgic.

Clean appartment with 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room and nice bathroom. Self check in. On the ground floor but not looking to the street so it's quiet.

Appartment door could be fixed.
